Civil Education: The Principle of Good Governance
Finally,, after my long HIATUS…. I try to be exist in write again. Hohooho…
And for the beginning.. this is my first job in university –actually, I still can not believe that I’m not a student yet–
Well, this is my first task from my civil education lecturer, miss. Rusnila. Not a difficult task. Just want us –the student- to translate a few point about her lesson in her book “Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan Menuju Masyaakat Madani di Indonesia”. And for my section is about ‘The Principle of Good Governance’ and ‘Good Governance on Paradigm of Region Autonomy’.

♥ The Principle of Good Governance
Country Administration Institution concluded that there are 9 fundamental aspect in make Good Governance true:
1. participation
2. rule of law
3. transparency
4. responsiveness
5. consensus orientation
6. equity
7. effectiveness and efficiency
8. accountability
9. strategic vision
So this is a time for country to be ally and think about them country in future, and how to make Good Governance true.
a. The functional reinforcement and the function of representation institution
b.
c. Professional and integrity government
d. Strong and participate civil society
e. The reinforcement of region autonomy
♥ Good Governance on Paradigm of Region Autonomy
The change of region government exertion paradigm, from centralisms to decentralism, and centrally of government power (executive) to power sharing between executive and region legislative must be act with the change of Region Government Management. From the region government management sides, there should have a change in norms that profess management process that interacted with the importance of internal government organization, to the importance of external government organization. And also with enhance service from government to society. Good Governance is a key in region autonomy. It is because the exertion of region autonomy, will comes true if we use the principle of Good Governance.
